Top Chef: Baby

This week on "Top Chef: Baby" the challenge is to feed your infant exactly what you, the parents, are eating for dinner. You must choose something this is both tasty and appropriate for a baby's diet. You must also prepare dinner before the baby starts screaming.
The first dish sampled was a "taco deconstruction." Some shredded cheese, diced avocado and ground beef. Hmm, I appreciate the addition of the taco seasoning. It was good judgment not to underestimate my palate. Good combination of flavors and textures all served in a fashion where I was able to feed myself.

All joking aside, I like what my parents are making these days. I want to swipe anything and everything off of my mom's plate so she's starting to share. This week I also had Yucatan Chicken with Black Beans. And this weekend I got PANCAKES (hold the syrup)!
