Carolyn did a great job. She was totally drenched by a pitcher of water and she didn't make a peep. She had been sleeping so the water did wake her up. But she just opened her eyes and looked at us as though saying "hey, what's up with the sleepover pranks? I didn't pass out drunk or anything so I hope there isn't a permanent marker mustache on my face."

Carolyn's Christening
While in Boston we had Carolyn's Christening. She wore a Christening gown that belonged to her great-grandfather and she was the 13th baby to wear the gown. We were also lucky to have a private ceremony. Typically these days Christenings are done in groups on the second Sunday of every month. But since our visit didn't coincide with that schedule the priest was willing to accommodate our request.
